Led by Peter Lyman, Mimi Ito, Barrie Thorne and Michael Carter, the Digital Youth project is comprised of an interdisciplinary team that draws upon expertise in fields ranging from anthropology, communication, psychology and sociology to computer science, engineering and media studies. Many of our researchers also have experience working in industry and community organizations. In addition to our 4 PIs, the team for this project included 7 postdoctoral researchers, 6 doctoral students, 9 MA and JD students, 8 undergraduate students, and 4 research collaborators who contributed fieldwork materials for the project.
